 Eleonora Spokoyny, M.D. is an experienced Neurologist certified by the American Board of
Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic
Medicine (ABEM).
Dr. Spokoyny is an Active Member of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) and a Fellow of the American Association of

Late appointments and Saturday tests may
also be scheduled.

INSURANCE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
As a courtesy to our patients, Affiliated Neurology Center provides direct billing of insurance companies. Dr. Eleonora Spokoyny is a provider for Medicare and most major insurance plans. You are responsible for charges that are not covered by your insurance,
payable at the time of your appointment.
Your insurance company may require a co-payment at the time of your appointment. When necessary, our staff will work with patients to set up a payment plan.

approximately 1 mile from the I-5 Freeway. Our office is in the Mission
Hills Medical Center – a two story reddish colored building
